2. Put the foot on a piece of paper - outline the foot.

3. Mark the farthest point of the foot behind the heel - point A.

4. Mark the farthest point of the foot at the toe - point B.

5. Measure the length of the section from A to B with a centimeter and check what size to choose in the table.
