  • Delivery to the store
    Is it possible to order goods presented in an online store with delivery to a “traditional store” and make a purchase there? Yes, there is such a possibility. When placing an order in the online store, you can choose Store Pickup/Delivery to the store, where you can pay by card or cash on the spot. In this case, you must select the offline payment option when placing an order on the website. Within 1-2 days, you will receive a notification that your product is waiting for you in the store. You must pick up the goods no later than 3 days from the date of receipt of notification that your order is ready.
  • Order completion time
    Within 1-3 business days the order is transferred to the delivery service. Delivery times vary depending on the courier service and holiday periods, but generally range from 2-5 business days. Thus, the order fulfillment period varies from 3 to 7 days.
  • Return Policy
    You can return the product no later than 14 days from the date of purchase. The returned item cannot have any traces of use. The product must be in the original factory packaging. Return by sending the parcel at the expense of the recipient. To return a product, you must request a return and write a letter to the store’s email address indicating the product (barcode) and a payment receipt.   • Exchange of goods
    Purchased goods cannot be exchanged; however, you may return the item within 14 days (with receipt of payment) and place a new order.
  • Changes to the order
    Is it possible to make changes to the order? This option exists if your product has not yet been transferred to the delivery service. You should contact us by phone, email, or online chat and adjust your order.
  • Damaged package
    Upon receipt of the goods, please check the integrity of the packaging. If the integrity of the packaging is damaged, please check the contents of the parcel in the presence of the courier. If there is a missing item in the damaged packaging, please file a claim with the courier company and notify us of this fact. The store is not responsible for lost goods from damaged parcels.
  • Products with complaints
    Please fill out the complaint form and send it along with the product to the online store address (the address is listed in the “Contacts” section). The seller is responsible for the costs associated with the delivery of the product with a complaint.
