ב-Pair of Shoes אנו רוצים שתהיו מרוצים לחלוטין מהרכישה שלכם. אם אינכם מרוצים לחלוטין מההזמנה, תוכלו להחזיר פריטים כשירים בתוך 14 יום מקבלת ההזמנה.

כדי להיות זכאים להחזרה, הפריטים חייבים:

• להיות מוחזרים בתוך 14 יום ממועד המסירה.

• להיות לא בשימוש, לא לבושים, ובמצבם המקורי.

• לכלול את כל האריזה המקורית, התוויות, האביזרים והתיעוד.

• לא להראות סימני בלאי, נזק או שינוי.

מטעמי היגיינה, החזרות עשויות להידחות אם המוצרים נלבשו בחוץ או אינם במצב הניתן למכירה חוזרת.

הפריטים הבאים אינם ניתנים להחזרה אלא אם הם פגומים או סופקו באופן שגוי:

• מוצרים מותאמים אישית או בהזמנה אישית

• מוצרים המסומנים כמכירה סופית או חיסול (במקרים המותרים על פי חוק)
