Returns & Refund

At Pair of Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.

• Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

For hygiene reasons, returns may be refused if products have been worn outdoors or are not in resalable condition.

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied:

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Products marked as final sale or clearance (where permitted by law)

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

• After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us before returning the product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate solution, including replacement, exchange, or refund.
