Most orders are processed and dispatched promptly. Estimated delivery times are:

• European Union: 3–5 business days

• Free shipping on orders over ₪345

European Union

• Standard International Shipping: ₪79.90

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Orders are processed during regular business days. Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information where available. Processing times may be longer during promotional periods, sales events, or holidays.

For deliveries within the European Union, customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, customs inspections or local carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery schedules.
